Compass Offshore Inc. (COI) is a corporation duly organized and existing under Philippine laws, operating with the rigorous requirements globally established for the training and education of offshore professionals and land-based skilled personnel. COI is accredited as an approved Training and Assessment Center in accordance with the OPITO standards. It is likewise certified to conform to the Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015 standard on the design, development and delivery of safety training and assessment services for offshore, onshore and maritime personnel.
Over years of its operations, Compass Offshore’s fundamental cornerstone has been its commitment to the pursuit of integrity in the provision of training and related services. Today, it continues to grow as it expands its course offerings, training infrastructure, technology integration, personnel empowerment, clientele support and lecturer-professionals’ proficiency and experience—all dedicated to effectively build safety and competence-compliant training and education landscape to the oil and gas industry personnel.

-Develop and deliver training programs whose primary goal is to exceed customer’s expectations.
-Ensure training programs are in conformity to the most current industry practices and regulations.
-Ensure a sustainable training center that provides pathways for people to gain employment and advance in their careers and generate value to customers.
-Ensure further that the training services promote the protection of the industry and preservation of life and environment.

QUALITY POLICY STATEMENT
is committed to satisfy its customer and other stakeholders in delivering the highest standard of safety training that consistently exceeds their needs and expectations. We will also comply with the statutory and regulatory requirements set by the oil and gas industry and will continually improve and commit ourselves to the betterment of the Quality Management System.
To do this, the organization will:
-Enhance competencies of all teaching personnel, management and staff to be effective and efficient in delivering safety training program.
-Ensures that all teaching staffs are informed of the latest standard and practices within the industry.
-Ensures that all safety training programs are in accordance to OPITO’s training and assessment requirements.
-Ensures to raise awareness, promote and develop competent personnel for the oil and gas industry.
-Ensures that all Dynamic Positioning Courses are in compliance with the requirements set by the Nautical Institute
-Continually improve our processes and procedures including the technology and the facilities used in the delivery of all training program.
-Communicate this policy to all employees and other concerned parties through awareness of Quality Management Systems Program
-Promote, adapt and still understanding of health, safety, and security and environmental issues among our personnel in order to prevent occurrence of risk or accident.
